Oleificio Guccione produces fine olive oil in Chiaramonte Gulfi, a small baroque village in the Iblei Mountains. Known for its exceptional olive oil, this area offers an average polyphenol level of 400mg/kg and low acidity (less than 0.2%).

Zahara is crafted from the heritage variety "Tonda Iblea" olives, picked by hand from ancient trees. It is processed within hours in the family mill using traditional cold pressing techniques to emphasize the olive’s intense flavor and maximize benefits.
